At Bands, every piece is crafted with intention and carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. We hope you love your selection — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unworn and in original condition
All original packaging must be included
The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We’re happy to assist with exchanges on eligible pieces within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Because many of our bands are crafted in small batches or made to order, the following items are final sale:
Custom or engraved pieces
Made-to-order items
Final sale items
Gift cards
These pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be restocked.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@bandsjewelry.com with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly
